ORDERS

I didn't receive an order confirmation?

Sometimes our emails get sent to the spam folder! Please double check your junk mail if you can't find your order confirmation email. If you are still having trouble feel free to send us an email and we'll re-send the order confirmation to you asap.

What happens if the product I want is out of stock?

We usually announce any restock on our social media accounts, so keep an eye out if the product you want is out of stock for now!

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We understand that presentation is very important! All our orders are packaged with tissue paper. If you'd like to send the package directly to a gift recipient, please make a note to remove any pricing information from your packing slip and we'd be happy to oblige!

How much does shipping costs?

How long does shipping take?

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days and will be shipped with PostNL/DHL/DPD. Delivery details will be provided in your shipping confirmation email, which includes a tracking link with a delivery date estimate.

I haven't received my order yet?

If you have not received your delivery during the estimated time frame, please check your tracking link for the shipment history. If it has been marked as delivered but has not appeared, please contact PostNL/DHL/DPD directly for any inquiries, as they will have the most information about the package itself!

You may reference the tracking number provided in your confirmation email. If you would like any assistance with tracking down your package, please feel free to send us a message and we'll do our best to help!

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do!

Can I add to my order without paying for shipping again?

Yes! If your order has not been dispatched yet, feel free to send us a message and we'll arrange free shipping on the combined order.

Can I change my shipping address?

If you'd like to change your shipping address before your order is processed, please send us an email ASAP and we'll change it for you! Once it has been shipped, however, you'll need to contact PostNL/DHL/DPD directly to arrange a different delivery address. 

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

What is your return process? 

We always aim to make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return or exchange an order, we are happy to help. Please send us a message within 14 days after receiving your item, and we'll take you through the process. 

Please note that all buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Due to safety reasons, refunds and exchanges are only eligible for unopened and unused products. Please note that the original shipping costs are unable to be refunded.

Can I cancel my order?

We are happy to make any adjustments or cancellations to your order before the shipment is dispatched. Please contact us to arrange a cancellation as soon as possible. Unfortunately, once the order is dispatched, we will be unable to process a cancellation but we will be happy to issue a refund after we receive the items back. 

What if my order arrives damaged?

If your package arrives damaged due to carrier issues, please reach out directly to PostNL/DHL/DPD to file a claim. Make sure to take pictures of the damaged item, the shipping box it came in, and any other relevant information.

If your order arrives in less-than-perfect condition due to our oversight, please reach out to us right away. We are happy to provide a refund, return, or exchange to make it right. Please make sure to provide photo evidence so that we can arrange a suitable replacement. 

COLLABORATIONS

I am an influencer - can we collab?

We do take on influencer collaborations. Please provide all relevant information when contacting us, including any previous work you've done with similar companies. It also really helps if you know about our brand and products! Unfortunately due to the volume of requests we receive, we do not respond to all messages - only successful applicants will be contacted.
